(1) Preside over all Pin Seekers tournaments. The appointment will expire on December 31 of the year appointed. The Executive Committee will have the power to fill any vacancy on the Executive Committee that occurs during the year. The elected Officers or appointed replacements will constitute the Executive Committee and will have the authority to act for Pin Seekers in accordance with this Constitution.ĭ.

Membership Dismissal or Disqualification:įailure to adhere to USGA and/or Pin Seekers rules can lead to disqualification from a tournament or dismissal from Pin Seekers. (5) New Members joining after September 30th will have their annual dues applied to the following calendar year.Ĭ. (4) Members dropped due to non-payment of dues may rejoin by contacting the Secretary and paying their dues. All members not renewing their membership or paying dues by January 1 will be dropped from the Pin Seekers roster. (3) The Secretary will start collecting dues in October.
